The other night I had the worst dream. It always happens when I sleep on my back. I don't even remember what the dream was about but I know it was bad. Then, to top it off, I had the "hag"...TWICE!!!! I was still on my back and it felt like my eyes were open and I couldn't raise my arms. It felt like they were glued to the bed, and as I was looking up I could see my own face looking down at me. Then I heard myself cry out and I could move again. But I must have drifted off again on my back because next thing I know I can't move and there's my face looking down on me. I cried out again and woke up and turned to my side and slept on without incident for the rest of the night. Disturbing....very disturbing....

I am loving all the snow days I'm getting. All the sleep in's are good for me! I went for a walk in the snow tonight. It was very lovely. The air was so crisp and I was bundled up so much that I was actually warm!! Now my cheeks are red and my nose is runny! Very nice indeed.
