Sorry it's been a while since I last updated, Lesley!

I've been getting ready for Christmas and I'm very excited for it to get here! It seems everywhere I go there are decorations up and Walmart has their Christmas goodie aisle now! It won't be long before it's actually here. I have a bunch of gifts already bought and I'll probably be heading to Carbonear again this weekend to try and finish it off. I'm going to cross my fingers on that. Some people are so hard to shop for!

I went to St. John's for the Avalon Mall's 'Midnight Madness' this past Thursday night. My god, the place was packed. It was no less than I expected though. The heat was enough to knock you over, I swear. We got there at 7:55...just in time for me to get down to see Jenn!!! It was so nice to see her. It's been too long since I've seen anyone. Anyway, I got a hug and a little chat before she had to go catch her bus so I was happy enough :)

B came out with us that night and we had an extra day to hang out since I had a long weekend from work. We had a lovely weekend, as always :) I very much enjoy spending time with him. I miss him again now that he's back in Town for the week. I hope this week goes quickly.

Rory and I went to school this morning. He's in Kinderstart this year. It's hard to believe that when September comes he'll be in Kindergarten! His 4th birthday is coming up soon. He's growing up so fast. Like a weed as my mom would say! Speaking of mom, today is her birthday. *Happy birthday to my mom* Dad took her out to supper and we gave her some presents. I think she had a lovely day.
