I can't believe how close Christmas is! Two weeks from today Santa comes. It's very exciting! I finished my Christmas shopping today. I got everything I wanted for people and I stayed reasonably within my budget! (You know I went over by a little, but I didn't do too bad at all!) So, now I'm just waiting until I can give everyone their presents :)

I think I'm finally getting over the flu. My voice came back a couple of days ago but it's still not the best. If I say more than a few words at a time it cuts out! So then I have to repeat what I said. The coughing is the worst though. I haven't been sleeping well because the coughing is keeping me up. I'm hoping I'll be all better for Christmas.

B didn't get out this weekend and now he's gone to a party at a friends house, so I'm sitting about with a buch of stuff I could be doing not getting done! lol! I'm so lazy tonight. Maybe I'll finish up wrapping my gifts in a bit though. Try and shake the laziness.

Rory's birthday is Monday. Little cutie! :) He's so excited about turning four because after he turns four he'll turn five and then he can "go on the bus like Nolan, right Amanda?" His party is tomorrow but I think I'll wait to bring him his gift on Monday. That way he'll have something new on his actual birthday. I have him a Robert Munsch book about the first day of Kindergarten and the little girl's named Amanda. He's going to love that. He loves anything that has a character named Amanda or who has red hair like mine! He's a sweetie.

I'm really loving the song "Nothing Else Matters". It's a cover of a Metallica song done by Bif Naked. It's so great. I listen to it constantly. And I'm addicted to Sudoku puzzles! B found me a website with billions of them, haha, and I can't stop playing it. I think I'll mail my christmas cards on Monday.
